English-taught programme

Applicants for the Visual Arts program should possess appropriate abilities, skills, and artistic preparation necessary to undertake studies in this field. The criteria include a review of previously prepared artworks – the candidate’s portfolio – as well as an interview assessing artistic and design predispositions.

- Submission of a portfolio (artworks folder) no later than one day before the scheduled review date. The portfolio should include works in painting, drawing, and graphic techniques, focusing on studies from nature (still life, landscape, human figure) – a minimum of 10 pieces in a format no smaller than A3 – weight: 70% (score range: 0–150 points). The candidate must submit their works in PDF format to the email address of the Admissions Committee no later than one day before the exam date. The PDF file presenting the portfolio should be titled with the candidate’s full name and include reproductions of artworks in photographic quality sufficient for evaluation, as well as an overview image showing all submitted works arranged side by side. Along with the file, the candidate must submit a scanned, completed declaration form (Annex No. 8 to the resolution)

- Online interview, during which the candidate’s general knowledge of art and visual culture, as well as the alignment of their interests with the study program, will be assessed (score range: 0–50 points).
