English-taught programme

The program is intended for graduates of artistic and design-related fields within the discipline of fine arts and art conservation, or related fields connected with the visual arts (in the case of international candidates), as well as for graduates of other fields who possess artistic preparation. Applicants for the Visual Arts program should have the appropriate abilities, skills, and artistic background necessary to undertake studies in this field. The selection criteria include a review of previously prepared artworks – the candidate’s portfolio – as well as an interview assessing artistic and design predispositions.

An admission fee of PLN 150 is required for candidates who must take an artistic aptitude test – including applicants from other fields who have artistic (including musical) preparation (legal basis: §1(1)(1) of Ordinance No. 82/2025 of the Rector of Jan Kochanowski University in Kielce, dated April 29, 2025, concerning the admission fee for candidates applying to degree programs, postgraduate studies, and continuing education courses for the 2025/2026 academic year).
